got into accident yesterday
man it was a horrible night, i live in Boston.... going up to University Of Massachuetts Amherst for a party... so here is how it started off..
I got to Umass around 7 o clock PM.... hanged out with a special girl... then around 11 we had full cars of 5 and headed to a party... i was on a two was street.... going around 20 mph.... then suddenly a car swirves into a parking lot on my side... i avoided the hit so i swirved to my left... and another car one the other side of the lane was driving straight at me... so i also avoided that car and swirved back into my lane... but then BOOM... passenger side was hit into sidewalk swirving my car.. i banged my head... airbags on passenger side deployed... snapped my front axle in half.... both rims were F***ed up damaged.. but my body was not damaged... lucky my friend who was behind me chased up to the car who cause me to get into an accident... my car is currently outside of the Acura dealer... because they locked up the gate... traveled 100 miles from Amherst back to boston.. luckily got AAA service... didnt cost a thing... now i have to wake up in 4 hours to tell them what happened... man busy day for me. going to police to pick up police report... call insurace.... and school -_-... let you guys with an update tomorrow.... wish me luck!!!

glad to see you and your passengers were ok. getting into an accident does suck. im still resolving my parking lot fender bender. its 3 months later and i may need to wait another 3 months. but hopefully everything will be ok for you. see if you need to file a claim with your state's equivilent of a DMV. cause i know in cali you have to when there are over 500 dollars in damages

That kinda reminds me of when I was in high school. I was in the right lane, and the car in front of me stopped to pick up a passenger. I quickly swerve into the left lane, and dang it, the car in that lane was slowing to a stop (someone was in the center of the road). So then I quickly swerved back into the right lane, and yes....there was another car stopped in that lane...so then I switched over to the left lane. Kinda scary since my car at that time didn't have any suspension upgrades, so I had lots of body roll

my car was not totaled.... so far as of what i know... my rims are messed up, front axle was snapped.... the police in amherst needed to move my car.. so i had no choice.... and yeah... i didnt think about acura TLC... but i had no choice at that time and was too fustrated... i wonder what imma do so far... because ill be going up to my acura dealer in an hour!!... keep you guys updated

got my car appraised in damages... and it came up to 11k... sadly but yea... i was wondering in my head.. im like shouldnt they consider it totaled.. but guess not because the value isnt as high as the car is worth... and it is new... but yeah.. they guarantee me that when i get my car back it would be like when i just bought it!!! brand new!!! the sad thing is... 4 weeks =[

I feel your pain man. I was in a freak collision that totaled my car that i had for 3 1/2 months. You guys should get yourselves checked out even though you are okay now. You can claim some kind of compensation for pain and suffering. Your poor TSX will never be the same. Damn stupid drivers!
