I kinda like the new looks of the '06 Accord. Looks kinda of like the RL. What do you guys think?

Fog lights and side mirrors with integrated turn signals too, if you want to talk about exterior upgrades.

We all know that Acura TSX in the US is Honda Accord in Japan and Europe. What is not usually known is Honda Accord in the US is Honda Inspire in Japan. Honda has been selling Inspire in Japan with body style in your picture since 2003...

It's up to you... You want an americanized accord or an "Europeen" accord? Different strokes for different folks.

You should go try them out first. If the 06 is not avail, try the 05 since the handling and engine should be the same you will get a good idea...

As for the exterior look, I agree it looks better but frankly, I still think the TSX lines are cleaner...

Does this mean that the North American Accord sedan 2006 will be changed to look similar to the Japanese Inspire? I'd love if they changed the hood and added all those options to the North American Accord.

 

There is no official press release of the '06 Accord yet. Thats the pic of JDM Honda Inspire.

Inspire, Asian spec Accord and USDM Accord all shared the same exterior design but all 3 models have different grills.

 

I think Accords drive bigger and heavier than the TSX. Also, the interior amenities are just not as nice. But Accords are probably a better family car because of the room and trunk space. Maybe a better value also.

 

Wait till everything is known about both for the 06 MY - no details available for either yet.

 

Can't tell if they worked on the rear end.

I looked at both for the '05 MY. For me, the interior was made the final decision. The Accord EX had alot of the same interior features as the DX, and to me it looked kinda 'cheap". Not that Honda uses cheap material, but for the AT, the shifter plate looked exactly the same as the the one in the DX, and I was looking for a little more pizzaz.

I think the styling of the TSX is better inside and out than the Accord, but if you are mainly looking for more space, bigger trunk, softer ride, go for the Accord.
