04 Acura TSX sound system upgrade

Hello all!
Been lurking on these forums for awhile and have fixed some power steering issues and other things with the help of the forum.

anyways, I got some extra money and wanted to completely upgrade the current sound system in the acura. Maybe you guys could catch my mistakes before they happen. This will be my first install. I have some speakers from another system I will be re using, current equipment is as follows

front tweeters/ door speakers:
rear door speakers:
deck speakers:
subwoofer:
Amplifier/dsp:

I know I dont need any rear speakers but since I already got them I'll use them for filler and turn them down lower. I'm not too worried about installing the subwoofer yet as it will be more of a modular system. I want to attach the mono amp to the sub box and be able to easily disconnect and remove the sub from my trunk. I'll have straps or a bracket to keep it in place when I'm driving.

So far here what I've done,
replaced rear deck speakers and attached the crossover (are they supposed to be external like this?) I'm not making any solid connections just yet, until I get everything placed where I want it. Then I have 12 gauge wire (huge I know) to run from all the speakers to the amp.

next I've removed rear door panels and used this bracket to attach the speaker to door.

the panel would not close after getting it in so I had to score and cut a thin strip from the existing speaker grille on the panel. Really easy, mark about 1/4 inch line with a pencil then get a box cutter to cut it off. Fit perfect after, but I should probably get a foam gasket to wrap around the edge so theres no vibration.

so far that's it. I'll be working on getting the ground and power ran to the amp. (Still not sure where to put it)

UPDATE:
It's been a rainy week over here so I haven't been able to get as much done as I wanted, buut I went ahead and ordered sound deadener and applied it to one door so far. Noico 80 mil. idk why but I got some speaker "baffle" enclosures just to try them out. I put the deadener on the inner and outer shell of door and ran my new wire and crimped some connections on the. By the way I did need to use a speaker adapter for the speaker to fitthe door and alos I had to cut a slim piece around the inside of the speaker grille of the door panel. With the adapter it stuck out to far and the panel would not close, real easy to do though. I used a penical to mark about 1/2 inch around the grill and got a box cuter to cut it. Now i'm missing the foam gasket though so I ordered some FAST rings. Will get back to work once it stops raining over here.
