Engine Swap

I need a new engine and found a 2001 with less miles for less money then my years engine. Does anyone know if I can put a 2001 3.2 engine in the 97 without having to use a kit to make it fit?

It won't work because it's mounted sideways like a FWD usually is mounted.

Do you have a 3.2? What's your budget and where are you located?
