an auto upholstry shop may be able to replace a portion of the skin and do a customized repad of the seat for you at a good price
Look in local yellow pages phone book for them
Or on the bay- are slip on seatcovers with some compressed foam padding built in- decent price for an easy solution that dresses up all the seats

If you want to find a seat there are salvage yards that still have seats in perfect condition and are just collecting dust. Call around to find one because I found one in perfect condition for $100.

If you want to repair it, I think it was Fabrion that Ken1997TL used. I posted that in another thread recently.

I went to a Fabrion place and they only do small repairs on cracks in the leather. They can't repair large holes and places that are worn down more than a square inch.

why not just replace everything w/katzkin leather. good reason to upgrade, and it'll make all your seats having matching new seats, instead of 1 new, and the rest worn.

How much does something like that go for?

what is katskin?, it would probably cost thousands to replace all the leather because My little strip on the drivers side seat cost $175.

You can get a good upholstery shop to redo ALL the leather in your car for under $1000

Spending 1K on a 95-98 car for it's leather might not be the best idea.

my car is my daily driver, so I wouldn't mind spending 1k for very nice interior.
