Car wont start

Hi
I went to the store my 2001 RL run great came back out it the car wont start
It cranks..but wont start ..I have no clue.
It seemed like was going to start but it wouldn't .
I have no idea..it was so weird it ran and all of the sudden wont start
Any idea what it could ?will it be a starter or distributor maybe?
Thanks

Hate to ask the obvious but ... are you sure you have gas?

Was it really hot when this happened? In the old days extreme heat would increase the vapor pressure in the fuel system and a weak fuel pump would fail to push enough gas through.

I think, not positive, if it is the relay, it wouldn't crank at all. It would just be dead. How old is the battery?

I have no idea I bought the car last year never changed the battery
The battery looks pretty good I think ..
I still have not towed the car yet been working
Thanks for your replies
Another symptom I've noticed lately everytime I start the car for the first time
It won't start I have to turn the key 3-4 time back and forth.
Sometimes you have to wait for the key light to got off on the dash then it will start..
I think its an ignition switch.. or maybe it was flooded.
I have no clue man ..m just guessing I need to take this car to the dealership

Towed my car to the dealership today..They couldn't look at it today.
A friedn of mine said I home it is not a timing belt..
It kinda scared me ..
Could it be a timing belt?
It worked perfectly fine when I went to the store .

My first thought is that the battery is dead. Did the tow truck driver try to jump it before he towed it?

You wont believe this man I went to the dealership today with my wife to see if they even touched it..Its still in the back of their lot I was just curious I tempted to start it
It did start then all the lights were on ABS,Traction ctrl.drove it just around the parking lot.
But it did start..I have no clue..I did use the jumper battery box to start it
It could be the battery ..I restart it again without the jumper box it did start again
I left it I am going to have them check it out

Let the dealer look at it but I bet it's just the battery. Hopefully it's that simple and you'll be back on the road in a jiff.

I picked my car up today couldnt find anything wrong with it.
They checked my battery came back good.
The mechanic checked the main relay he said it was fine.
He said if it was the main relay it would've seen a burn.
He also checked the second relay..I guess they were 2 relays...
It started just fine drove it home and to the store.
Everything seems just fine.
He said it might be a bad fuel or something ..
I hope it will alright..So so far so good
Thank you guys for all your support.
But i am thinking to buy a relay just in case.
They are $49 on ebay 4 a genuine Acura ..shipped.
