After a little over a year, one of my front SPC adjustable ball joint failed today. It was making this loud noise over every little bump and when I lifted up the car, wiggled the wheel, the ball joint was clicking like crazy. I looked up SPC's warranty on this ball joint and it said that it has a limited lifetime warranty if installed by a professional. But my situation is that I bought it from Summit Racing, did the install myself, and threw away the receipt. What's the chance of getting it replaced under warranty?

I have the same issue with their rear camber arms and they wouldn't do anything. I even told the that the bushing side shaft was too long to properly fit the RL and that I was willing to send in one of my OEM ones for proper measurement.

This was over the phone and email.

Needless to say I wont be recommending any of their products.
