Back window wont go up

Hello Guys!
The other day I rolled my back window down I heard a crack
Sounded like there was a rock inside but it wasnt.
So i managed to roll it back up.
Today I tried to roll it down now it stuck half way.
Do I need a new window motor ?
Thanks

probably the regulator broke.its a common problem. Ibelieve they sell the motor regulator as a unit.

well first things first make sure all your fuses are in order etc.

Do you use your back window alot? If you don't, you can open up the door cover and zip tip the window and save a few bucks. Or you can buy the regulator motor from ebay, but it's noisy compare to OEM.

My back pass window goes down about 4 inches then makes a loud buzzing sound. I suspect it's the regulator but I don't use it enough to warrant fixing it just yet. I'll prob get it fixed once summer rolls around though.

@3.5RL lol i did the same thing with a zip tie. Window regulator is not a hard fix and you can get OEM ones from ebay or a junk yard for a pretty decent price
