Why are you replacing the downstream sensor?

look under the front passenger seat there is a flap of carpet there which you have to raise and the plug is there you also have to remove the plate on the chassis to release the wire under the car

I do not believe downstream O2 sensors throw codes. Replace the upstream sensors and call it a day.

Yeah cuz I can't remember the code right now but I believe the codes Throne were for the coolant temperature sensor and the O2 sensor is running The Gather so I deleted them once in a hundred miles later both of them came back I replace the coolant temp sensor and then the code came back for the O2 sensors so I'm just going to replace them all

The issue you're having is like, 90% not the downstream sensor. I'd lay odds on the new sensors; what brand did you buy; Bosch?

Not sure you are having the same problem but I got a code P0141 “Secondary heated oxygen sensor” on my ‘03 RL at 182k miles. I bought a Bosch sensor and spliced and soldered the wires under the seat (though the sensor came with some sort of universal connector but I did not use it).

Code went away and never bothered me again. I’m at 254k miles now.
