02 sensor help!

So im having my CEL come up for an 02 sensor. What im gettin on the scanner is p2251- O2 bank 1 sensor 1 negative current circuit/open. Does that mean i need to replace my 02 sensor? If so, which one?

check your connection to the sensor
but its most likely the sensor
its bank 1 sensor 1 which is top sensor on the back cat
by the firewall

A simple google search of "p2251 Acura TL" would have provided this for you...
