Please Help 2007 RDX Codes 83-1, p0325, p2138, p1131

Was getting a p0325 code along with check engine light and shawd light. Replaced knock sensor with cheap on from ebay. Was fine for a day then came back on. Took to dealer for diagnosis. They said that it needed complete new wiring harness. I replaced harness. Have same problem plus now sometimes VSA and brake system lights come on and car goes into limp mode and if I put it in park wont shift back into gear unless I turn the car off and back on. Sometimes this will happen 10x on a drive, other times not at all. Don't want to keep putting money into this thing chasing a problem. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Side not. My friend whom is a mechanic installed the wiring harness he checked each sensor and continuity of all wiring harness connections even on new harness. Other than that car seems to run well.
codes 83-1 ecm / pcm
P0325 knock sensor
P2138 throttle
P1131 vacuum
Thank You in advance for you help!!!

Firstly I know it sounds dumb but I would highly suggest getting a factory knock sensor in there. The cheap ones may not have the tolerances the factory does. Also, don't over tighten it into the block as this oddly can create a higher sensitivity and retard timing even when it's fine. It should only be in there at about 23 lb ft.

P2138 code is due to either the APP sensor or the TPS sensor. I would personally put a scan tool with live data abilities and watch both the TPS voltages and the APP voltages. My inclination is that the APP sensor is bad. There are specific voltages that they need to run in and the whole reason it's a correlation code is because one of the two is not within its specific parameters in relation to the other. But with that being said, see next statement.

Lastly the P1131 code. There is an Acura TSB 06-052 that shows there should be a software update to correct this. The TSB also states that there is a likelihood that the vacuum code and APP/throttle code may be correlated and this update may take care of those two codes. My suggestion is to call your local Acura dealer and have them run your VIN and see if this software update has been placed on your car, and if they have had luck with it getting rid of these two codes at the same time.

See where that all gets ya
