Replacing a few things. Going to pull the upper section of the downpipe and have some O2 bungs welded up there. Vit said I should try to keep the sensor close to where they were with stock downpipe, opposed to it being down the pipe where the civics usually have it mounted. And this ain't no civic. Also the ELD, and ECT2 lower temp sensor at the bottom of the radiator.
what size hose and fittings did you get for the trans cooler
I used a -6an hose and a female -6an to -8an fitting. Also I used a male -8an to -10an on the cooler. I would recommend going -8an hose and hose fitting though, the -6an was a tight fit.
looks like it pulls pretty good for 7 lbs. for your intercooler did you just order this intercooler and then custom pipes ? PRL Motorsports 22x11x3 V2 Intercooler

Yessir, that's the one and yes just custom piping. I need to get it feb up though, reduce the amount of couplers I got going.
Very much loving your wheels btw. Look amazing. I really need to set some time aside and go through this really good thread. BTW I seen someone on here who had an RDX with IIRC 323whp and 330wTq...can"t seem to find that person.

ben where/how did you mount the map sensor that used to be in the tmic?
No, I don't think Vit is comfortable with continuing my tune until I get the (electrical/voltage) issue fix. I took it to Honda and this is what they found. Now, they said this could be from the O2 not being closer to the turbo exhaust and/ or the actuator not being able to function. The current tune that is on it now, feels good though. At only 6-7psi, I'm sure the turbo is like "please....." It's got tons left..
Hi, Ken, do you turn off check engine with this aftermarket turbo or we go upgrade turbo them. when I have check engine on (some case) the ecu use 5 lb of boost.
I'd suggest Humble Performance. Top notch stuff comes out of them. Great guys.
Yeah, top notch for FD's,Eg's,DC's, manual tranny's. Dumped about a couple grand there and car drove like a Civic. Sad part is my last tune there was on my birthday in '14, the wife gave me a hand full of cash and said "have fun babe". Went there and they could not do anything with it, left with no gains; and still had to pay... Long shitty drive home...

You do realize that we're basically driving big 4000lb civics right? Your's was one of the first rdx's tuned if I remember right. Along with cams too. You can't just expect great things on a new platform right off the bat.
