Soon, when the car is back on the ground and I empty the 93, then it's on the E85.

E85 should work miracles in this engine. I can't want to see that...what size injectors did you end up going with Ken?

What kind of tune do u need for it seeing as it has less energy? Are you going to get a dyno tune right afterwords or are you being tuned by vit

I'll be turned by someone local for the E85, you will also need fuel components that are compatible with E85. Like fuel injectors, fuel filter, etc.

When did Deatschwerks make a DW260? I had a DW200 and it didn't fit.

I got mine last September and been running full e85 since. Haven't had any issues so far. The ecu likes the e85 it will hold more boost vs 91oct. From my experience.

For sure, I will be testing out the new DW300c fuel pump and those new DW Dv2's. I happened to be at a wedding and was seated with Vinh Chau the fuel pump production supervisor and he told me all about it. He said the new Dv2's are alot better and that pump is amazing. Might get some core credit.

ouch ^ that's painful I know we don't mod for mileage but I'm happy that I'm getting a solid 20 MPG in mixed hard driving and even better when I keep my foot out of it. also keep in mind that I live in between 3 mountains and flat doesn't exist in my area. if I could stand to do a highway trip and keep my speeds closer to the speed limit I could probably get around 26-28.?.

One quick note: if you don't drive your car alot, then E85 may not be for you. It is highly corrosive and blocks (gunks) up there injectors. The injector supervisor at DW was showing me old customers stuff. I'm a bit hesitant at this point, but I do believe that I will put some miles it, so it could be for me.

If I can only loose 25% mpg it would be cost effective for me to run. I bet with a tune you could get a little more. In Illinois its more than a dollar cheaper than 93. E 85 is 2.09 right now where premium is like 3.19 or so. How much more power should you expect to gain vs 93? 10% or so... I drive a lot interesting conundrum

25-30% fuel economy hit is about par for the course since E85 has a much lower energy density that regular gas. Power gain is based on your tuner and your set up, but the potential is there. 10% should be doable...a good chuck of the power comes from more aggressive spark timing, not just cranking boost.

There should be fairly good gains with E85. Especially if you're using the stock ECU's knock control/ignition advance logic.

I will be testing E85 on "Slow98teg's" RDX very shortly. I'm sure he'll post about it.
