One day I was washing my RDX and suddenly out of nowhere, back-up/reverse LED bulb lights were ON.
I turned on the vehicle and reverse camera is stuck always ON. Had to disconnect my reverse bulbs because that was the only way to get them off.
Remember your mirror adjustment switch has to be set to the right side (like you're adjusting the mirror) for the tilt-down feature to work. Just trying to pinpoint where the probable short to ground is.
Circuit diagram for the backup lights attached. Pulling fuse #10 should do the same thing as removing the bulbs.

Ohhh, got it. Tilt-down feature on right mirror works when I put Reverse. I don't know if it works on the left mirror but it does not.
Pulling fuse #10 does not turn off my back up lights, connected of course.
Somehow that light blue wire that goes from the fuse to the backup lights is getting voltage even when the car isn't in reverse. Possibly a short from an adjacent wire? Where specifically were you washing the car when the issue started?
Vehicle electronics are my nemesis so not sure how much more help I'll be, but hope this points you in the right direction.

I was washing it in my house, no car wash. A while ago it started intermittently, while driving, backup camera popping in and out until that day at the house got stuck always on.
Do you think the Neutral Switch is bad?
How do I check that adjacent wire you mentioned?
I assumed that much - I mean which part of the car were you hosing down when you noticed the issue? That's where I'd start if trying to chase down a bad connection.
With fuse #10 pulled the backup lights shouldn't be getting any power - but they are - so where is that power coming from? That's what you're trying to solve.
I suppose a simple step would be tightening down all the grounds in the engine bay to see if that changes anything.
I don't think it has anything to do with that transmission range switch, but I could be wrong. Based on the wiring diagram, I'd expect your right-side mirror to also "think" you're in reverse if that was the case, but it seems to behave normally.
Finding that adjacent wire means visually inspecting the entire length of the light blue wire until you find the issue. Tedious work to be honest. There's a reason vehicle electronics are my nemesis.

Let's see what happens, I'll keep you posted if something comes up. I appreciate all your time and effort to help.
