Horn Problem! Please Help

My horn is acting really weird. I press it and it doesnt shut off. This also happens when I lock the car with the remote. I took the fuse out and replaced it to with the fuse for the lights next to it to see if the fuse was the problem. The Horn still beeps for like 3 seconds with the other fuse. I put all the fuses back and now im confused. Any Suggestions?

sounds like a wire is grounded out, keeping a constant signal to the horn. doesnt sound like a fuse problem. Any work done recently near the horn itself or the steering wheel/column?

i dont think its a ground problem, from the sounds of what you've said it sounds like youve got the horn relay sticking and thats whats causing the horn to stay blaring when the relay clicks on, when you remove the fuse the relay de-powers and the hirn shuts off. try using direct power to the horn and see if it sticks. if not then im 95% sure its the relay. good luck

Sounds like a relay issue.

well i bought a new relay and it the horn still stays on when used. The wierd thing is that it worked for a for a few minutes then it was acting up again. Honda wants about $100 to diagnose the problem. To me its not worth that. I dont want to leave the relay out because i still want my alarm to function if triggered. Im thinking its a grounding issue or maybe the battery?
