Check Engine Light..Cylinder 1 Misfire..Need Help Bad!!

Hey guys whats going on..Well I got my car about 5 days ago...Everything was good until today..I started my car up leaving from work and it started up funny...I let it warm up for about 10-15 minutes and decided to take off...I was going up the hill and the check engine lights start blinking and it seems like the car is stuttering a little..It drives fine when going straight but when up hills it begins to stutter..So I drive and pull over and turn the car off for like a minute and then turn it back on and the check engine light stays lit..So I went to the dealership and they checked it for me and I think he said it was misfire in 1 of cylinders...He said it could have been due to water in the gas and that resulted in a misfire...He cleaned out the cylinder and the check engine light is off..It seemed fine driving home so I hope everything is good..Has anybody ever heard of this symptom before..?...OK and today when I started it up it did the same exact thing but now its stutters and check engine light started blinking again when I'm driving on a straight road now a little..I don't know what to do..The place where I bought it from is almost 50 miles away and I can't drive down there again..Please I need some help bad..I just put some stuff in the gas tank thats supposed to take away water and moisture..I'm just frustrated and scared that something is wrong with my car..Please help..

take a look at your plugs and wires. They might be bad.

change your wires. avoid aftermarket wires, had those when this happened, go OEM

If your misfiring you don't want to drive it. You will just do more damage. Check plugs, wires, cap and rotor. Put premium in it, and check for any oil leaks around the gaskets.

OK just came back from the dealer..I guess it need some stuff done to it..Tune up and stuff..I paid $200 including labor...4 platinum plugs, ign. rotor,cap,wires...They gave me their price they paid for the parts not the list price..It drives just like before the misfiring was happening now..The real test will be when it rains again...
