I thought there was another set of instructions somewhere on here, though this bobutler DIY was what I used. But maybe there isn't, I'm not sure. But I would definitely search around some more.
I DO know for a fact you can find free instructions online for an Accord. Google around. I know they exist because I looked them up when I did my girlfriend's, just to make sure there weren't any real differences between the CL and Accord regulators. I don't have a link though, sorry.

It's not hard.

Take out the screws on the door latch (interior), the door handle, and the plug near the hinge (looks like a cover piece). Remove the liner carefully, and the rest is pretty easy to figure out. Just slide the window down enough to access the two bolts holding in the glass to the slide, and undo the four bolts that hold the assembly in place. It's real easy once you get in there. I'll see if I can find the old one.

Saiko gives you the basic idea anyway. Just unscrew a couple of things and pop the interior door cover off from the tabs, unplug the wires that are holding the cover to the door, and then it's just a few bolts behind the liner. Look for the Accord directions though, they show you everything to do.

For those of you coming late to the part, like me (June 2012), here is an excellent YouTube video going through the entire procedure for what looks to be a 99 3.0CL (with a broken driver's door handle, btw. What is not clear to me so far is what brand of regulator is best. I'm going to try Dorman unless somebody here tells me not to. My passenger side regulator is gone and I figure I won't be using that window very much so a cheap one may do instead of a more expensive one.

thats a very thorough video. looks to be a little bit newer tl tho...I replaced mine with what I believe was a "dorman" brand but im not 100% sure. worked fine, biggest issue i ran into was the oem part had bolts that went into the motor to hold it into the door frame. the replacement had "studs" that required nuts to be threaded on them to secure it to the door frame. a run to the hardware store and i was good to go.

Good to know about the Dorman. That's crazy because their promotional videos go on and on about how exacting their replacements are. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, I found that I can buy an entire door for my 99 for $75 from a local junk yard. I will just get the regulator out of it for $25. It will give me an opportunity to see exactly how everything comes apart without worrying about making beginner's mistakes on my own car. And for $25, I'm willing to roll the dice on longevity.
