It's been doind it for a while now and the outside temp. doesn't seem to matter... Anyone know how to fix this???? Oh yeah My sunroof is like turbocharged..when you press the button it flys open.

Try spraying the track with WD-40 or silicone. This has worked for some, but not for me.

When I experience what you are describing, it's a sign that my regulator/motor is getting ready to conk-out--again (I've had 3 regulators replaced so far).

My windows have been slow from the jump. I got in a 2000 Accord and I was mad surprised at how powerful the windows seemed to go up and down. I get into my car and it's like damn, What the F&*k is going on, I got a CL damnit My boy had to get his motor replaced also.

I don't know if it's the motor cause it's been doin it for a year...If it was a bad motor I think It would've died by now. I guess I'll give the siliconing a go.

Regulator costs: $78.50
Labor was: $133.72
Shop supplies (????) were: $4.91
Tax (MD) was: $6.69
Total to Rosenthal Acura (under warranty) was: $223.82

PS: It took 2-3 months for the first one to break (from the time I noticed that it was "going"). The second one took about a month to break and the 3rd took 1 week!

EDIT: You can spray on the window tracks without taking the interior panel off, but you'd get better access (and results) by removing the panel and pealing back the moisture barrier (plastic). This way you can get all moving components.

check out this little website on accordclub.com http://www.accordclub.com/techtips/lube

try cleaning the rubber seals around the door edges, and spraying some of that silicone lubricant... be sure to roll the windows up and down a few times... my passenger side window used to be slow as hell, but a little cleaning and lubrication sped it right up.
