One custom CL
The new 4g 09+ have the sh-awd models but they look horrible with that grill and its a tank based on weight/hp ratio with alil over 300 hp. My TL-S engine and trans are not identical to the RL, but are modified versions based on it. In '07 Acura moved all TL's to the RL based transmission to reduce "the curse" that has plagued Acura trannys. My fingers are crossed that mine lasts 200k +. Hopefully Acura FINALLY got it right, I play every now and then but really don't BEAT my car.

Spoke with Kevin in regards to the brakes. Parts should start arriving by end of next week from wilwood. Again the delay was because of the rear brakes, and he stated there was additional down time due to the front 2 piece being semi custom as it hasn't been made for this application before.
Finished cutting the front of the cage last night. Heading to the hardware store here shortly for some misc hardware. Then to the exhaust shop for the resonator and muffler install to quiet this thing down some. After that at some point I'll start with taking off the plate used for the moonroof and replace it with some lexan, as well as installing the front splitter.

spent 4+ hours repairing ONE brake line THREE times before breaking down and taking it to a shop...the problem was when you tighten the compression fitting it puts a slight amount of torque on the existing line which inevitablely finds a weak spot and starts another leak...400 dollars later i have new brake lines...god i hate it when the car wins

Just bought the car a week ago. Put the car under my name today and paid 500 bucks for tax! Got some new texas plates they look pretty cool. New registration sticker. Cleaned and conditioned my leather seats wiped down interior and vaccumed.

Exhuast and resonator have been installed. It's quiet but sounds pretty nice. Sounds similar to a 350z, and no pingy sound u usually get in Hondas.
Going to do a valve adjustment, check torque specs on all suspension components, and an oil change since its sat too long from the previous one. Without the nitrous it feels slow as heck to me, so I'll continue to keep an eye out for a sc.

since im a noob to this i have a few stuff i have been doing....
-changed my batt terminals cuz the previous ones were looking a mess
-changed air filter cone and got a spectre speed filter.... [its red which is gonna be the main theme for the bay]
-my compressor decided to crap out on me so i got a decent used one along with an alternator which i got tested and cleaned today at advance auto. just waiting to get them put in now....
-have aftermarket ICW rims on right now but looking for stocks to replace em.
plan to use the FAQ i saw here for LED replacements to change out all the interior lights to LED
lots more to come....

Bah! I think I came across the right company to make spherical bushings for us instead of using poly for those that want to take it up a notch. http://www.opmautosports.com/products.html
I say its plausible it can fit our cars because they have made some for a 94 prelude in the past. When ordering the poly bushings I realized the accords shared the same part number as the 92-96 preludes (innovative site) which means it looks like it can be interchangeable with ours. So with that said I'm going to keep them in mind for the near future.

Front splitter was a fail. It did not cover enough underneath to be mounted to the chassis and the lower bumper to make it effective. It was free from another car so I thought I'd try. Going to custom make one with alumilite instead. Secured the front bumper and lip as well as went over all the suspension bolts for tomorrow. Currently have the valve covers off for a valve adjustment. Other than that just fixed a small chip from the front window and took out some unneeded wires plus misc crud.
