Vent noise?

Recently I've been getting a noise coming from the vents on my passenger side above the glove box, its like a clicking/vibrating noise, if i turn up the vents it goes faster, and eventually goes away in due time, sometimes it comes, goes, sometimes it doesnt go off, very tempermental, any ideas what it could be?

Thanks in advance!

Does it happen more or less when the car is hot or cold?

So its probably something that is loose. Try taking out your glovebox and try and see if you can pinpoint where the vibration is coming from.

I can see them. There just stuck in there like bugs on the fins of a car radiator. I would get a pair of needle nose pliers and pluck them out but im too lazy.
