Oil cooler I think we might have to even though evrything will be heat taped and I think I will have it all jet hot coated also keep evrything inside the tubing. I'm gonna wait and see if the temps are crazy or not if they are, I'll throw one in... I also have everypicture from start till now how can I post all those later when I'm all done?

2 ext. coolers a great idea; keep an eye out for pressure drop, though.

No high beams on that side, Gonna seal the side of the light with plexigass heat it up and make it do all the curves for the light then glue it all.. So it's all a sealed unit. I'm hopin to have the thing runnin at the end of April

i have alot of respect for what youve done here, and i kinda want to see the numbers.

the only thing i have to ask is why you went with a cl? it seems like that much money and parts could be better used on a more turbo friendly platform.

cause its a damn BEAUTIFUL car and AWSOME piece of machinary and, why not? to each his own..

Glad to see my B I G bro is almost out of surgery, cant wait to hear how it runs. i know the missing section of headlight was a nessesary evil, but it is gonna help keep that torque factory a lot cooler. good luck w/ the rest man

he took a cl, which is not a performance oriented car, and turbo'd it. now i didnt read this whole thread, but, so far is a read, he doesnt have high beams on one side, has to cut the hood to make shit fit, and has the dump pipe right in front of his tire. to me that just seems like something you would do to a car that is not as nice.

but that is just me.

i guess a car with seat heaters, cruise control and all that nice shit should be a DD and a car that is RWD and not as nice should have gotten this treatment.

but, like i said, i respect what he did. i fully support the "to each his own" saying, but i just think that when he gets numbers back it wont be nearly as high as he hopes, and if it is as high as he hopes, it will be bogged down by the hefty-ness of cl's. but that is just me, and i have alot of experiance when it comes to turbo cars.

again, i really respect what he did here. ive never seen it before, and in that aspect i will pay dues where they are called for. i just think it would have been better applied to a different chassis.

It's never been done before. Reason number one. Two I do enjoy the j series engine. The engine before this was alchohol injected with nitrous.. It held up beutiful this one is the same alchohol with twins I do plan on puttin the gas back on it. We are hopin for around 400. That is my goal the engine from factory has a 9.3.1 compression rate which is pretty boost friendly that has been changed to 9 flat roughly. when something already makes 200 ponies out f the factory. That is a good platform to start with. Plus I'm good at buildin tranny so I can make them launch pretty good. If you also do your research on the car you will read that in the year that they came out they out slalomed and out braked the BMW 3 series. If I am correct. Also the V6 model is a factory LSD. Thats kinda nice for the launch. Wieght reduction is fairly easy to. Three I like fast cars with air...But I appreciate the props man. Yes it was a pain in the ass. But it's never been done. What kinda tubo crap ya got or into??
