look close, he appears to have a single mating in from under the block (from the other 3). that has to be the most ghetto fantabulastic exhaust manifold ever... but i still think that tire pops from the 1500* shout the dual dps will be expelling.

DING DING you are correct I brought the exhaust from the back all the way to the front on the car and yes that manifold was a bitch to make as you can see I had to make it all from scratch and also make it all go to one in just under a foot long..... PAIN IN THE ASS.. and that is not a blow off valve that is a really big wastegate and I have two there is a second one down below if you look close and they spit out the bottom the down tubes for the wastegates are not on it in those pictures. I had to change a few things, next weekend I will have all that done and the intercooler too. I had to polish all of my tubes.. All of the exhaust tubes will have heat tape on them so you won't see all the gettoness on the tubing. Alot of fitting and movin took place and yes this will sound really bad cus the moter is already built so this thing is gonna growl... NEVERMIND 9+lbs pushin air in the damn thing. I will definatly be putting sound pics up for all you guys to hear
Also in the exhaust from back to fron they're is flex pipe in the tubing so the engine can flex and not rip everything off and the front one has some kind of stainless I got from a friend and it is pretty bendy and always goes back pretty good memory..
The charge tubo actually is funky if you look at the pics of the intercooler on pg5 you will see that the intrcooler comes out the top of the tip of the hood so the grill will be altered bu will cuttin out all the metal besides te brackets for the grill the it will fit. Second I took the metal out of the side area of the grill intake side of the car.. Then I hole saw a 2.5" hole in the side of the headlight the tube then runs throught that side of the headlight still leaving the low beam intact and working then it goes through that into the engine bay does a 22 degree up then levals out and 90's into the throttle body... Let me redo that message. The tube comes off the top of the intercooler. Had to change the grill and cut alot of metal out of the hood so it can go behind the hood edge then I hole saw a 2.5" hole in the side if the headlight and then through the back of it so it goes throught that... Into the engine bay and does 22 Degree up and the levals out then a 90 into the throttle body and a big ass blow off valve is in with all that. Yes the low beam side still works so I have lights just no brights
JUNE is when it will run. I'm hoping after the intercooler all I have left to do is different fuel pump, injectors,oil lines,wideband and the FIC,vacumm lines.. I think that is all then we can start tuning it
those are the ugliest welds I have ever seen. But it is awesome to see you building something unique like this. good luck on the build and cant want to see it running! Mad props to you doing this all by yourself
yup not the prettiest, sometimes to hit the angle just had to filla gap plus its all wire welded don't have a tig but I'd like to see ya do better.....exhaust manifolds are the same lenght all that monifild is on the front is the same one just cut up and turned sideways and a new flange made... Walboro255 or bigger not sure yet and 700cc maybe 1000cc still running alchohol have to have a shit load of fuel it already has like 400cc cus I was runnin alchohol before but I need a hell of alot more now

I was figuring you'd run the WB 255, i'd run the 1000cc if I were you, you may have to trim them down to fit though, from what I've read on the other forum I'm a member of

some piping... All the wastegate stuff and intercooling done this weekend have all those pics up then..After that won't talk to ya guys for awhile got surgery and I'll be down for 2-3 weeks. So I'll talk to ya guys at the end of March
The rear manifold, If any of you guys have a set of headers for your cl's thats what it looks like I kept it the same. drops straight down and runs all the way up to the lower turbo they are both physically the same length one is jut turned sideways the other one looks way better cus it was all nicely tigs welded not all hillbilly wire welded and cut up to fit...
