spoiler trunk holes

okay i got a ww type R spoiler on my 99 cl... i know what your all thinking...(how it sux and stuff) but i wanted something different...
anyways after taking my old spoiler off ... i noticed their are holes for the previous led wires to go through.. i brought it in a shop for a quote on how much to fix it and they said 300 and they will repaint my whole trunk... do any of you have better and CHEAPER solutions to cover the holes?..

yeah, keep your OEM spoiler...

j/k I really like the Type R spoiler, my buddy had one on his 3.0, looked good once he lowered the car.

300 bucks to fill, sand, prime, paint, and clearcoat.......sounds about right
