SPEED
THIS IS MY FIRST POST, PLEASE BE KIND TO ME.I OWN A BLACK 97 CL 3.0 WITH 17 INCH, GUN METAL RIMS WITH THE EIBACH PRO KIT SPRINGS.I WILL POST PICS AT A LATER TIME. WHAT CAN I DO TO INCREASE THE SPEED ON THIS BABY.

Welcome! Intake, exhaust, headers are some things that most people do. I will be getting an intake soon, but I know that it changes the sound to the car.

You have to edit your profile and add it to the signature area. I used to just copy and paste my signature after I responded, but that got old quick.

I don't know too many events in our area. Most of them are in Jersey or Long Island.

the comptech headers is the best mod you can do, you gain 30hp to the wheels but they are alot of money about 1200 dollars.

take out your corners (the gold things in the front bumper) with a screwdriver. make a ram air intake by removing your airbox and running a pipe from the gap in the bumper where your front right corner was to your engine. its the fastest way to get air to the engine with a hood. Then, you pay some guy at comptech to engineer a supercharger for the f22/f23/f30 engines. that should do it.

hey juniorbean, actually i got 30hp to the wheels and i got the dyno sheet to prove it. also you can go under www.comptechusa.com and look under accord v6 headers and it will show you. you get 30hp.
