what size are the reverse lights on a 99 3.0....i'm looking for blue reverse lights

just bought some back up lights on ebay but i cant find to see DE3910 dome lights and was wondering if DE3175 lights would fit.

 

okay i searched and it said the dome light for the 99 cl its DE3022

 

 

DE3022 is what every guide online says, but if you check your stock bulb, you'll find that it is quite a bit longer than DE3022.

The first 2 digits in the DExxyy "festoon" style bulbs refer the to the length in mm.

So DE3022 is 30mm long. DE3910 is 39mm long. The stock Acura dome bulb is 39mm long, hence the guide recommending DE3910 over the DE3022. DE 3022 will work. Actually any festoon bulb between DE30xx to DE39xx will work.

Don't focus too much on the model number, focus more on the length. There are actually many different festoon style bulbs that will fit.

I have the 9-led 39mm blue led dome bulb and I love it. I also occasionally switch it out for a 9-led 39mm hyperwhite led dome bulb when I get bored of blue. Both are incredibly bright and eye catching.
