Was going to have my cage installed Sat morning, but woke up at 1:30pm. Worked out better because I received a call from UPS stating my hoodpins would arrive today. So I'll just throw that at the shop and let them install it with the cage.

If they're open late enough, then I'll just drop the car off after work. Otherwise it'll have to wait till the weekend again.

I fucking hate my car. So i got my camber kit installed by a shady mechanic for 150$ last week. Then i got it alinged this morning. Its still out of spec. It turns out i needed the extreme adjustable balljoint but since its so low, the tire would rub. so my rears are still cambered out. one of them is toed in for some reason. the fronts are meh, at least they dont squeal anymore. 370 for the kit, 150 instal, 100 alingment. grand total 500$+.....result: fuck all. should have just bought another pair of tires and did just toe alingment. fuck camber. oh and yeah....the balljoints bang on the bump stops too.

so i just got off the phone with the guy that did the work....he said caster angle is pretty irrelevant in terms of tire wear? toe and camber and the biggest culprits? is this true?

fucking prelude is driving me nuts. my shocks came in 2day, but i missed the delivery cause i was at work. who fucking delivers at 2pm? UP fucking S. so i called, told them to drop it off at the warehouse. stood in line for 30 mins to be told i have to make 24 hour arrangment for pickup. now i wont get them on before autocross on saturday. camber kits are a waste of money and they bang my shock towers now. drivers side wheel bearing is whistling, another 200$ downt the drain.
