So my dad, self-proclaimed "Markoangelo," decided he wasn't happy with the black hood on my old Camry. So he ordered a can of paint from automotivetouchup.com, and used a ROLLER to paint the hood.
Before-
After-
As you can tell, the paint didnt stick too well to the hood.
It's a little embarrassing.....

the camry had some awful rust on the passenger side doors around the body molding. so we sanded that down, used a filler to fill it, then primed it, painted it and clearcoated it, and it actually looks good.

Jebus. My day started off hectic as hell. I've made calls from morning till about 3pm looking for a drilling company that would be available for one of our jobs out in Gun Barrel TX for this Thursday morning. I just about given all hope, and on my last call I found our driller. You have no idea how much of a relief that was. We've pushed back this job I don't know how many times (due to the client, not us). Anyways, this was a big deal to me...after that I just wanted to sit back and have a beer, lol. This of course was on top of all the other small issues that came up...
It's all done and it sure as hell feels like a Friday...

my dad painted the side of the car too. he did a hell of a better job on the side then on the hood (then again, he sanded it down, primed it, painted the clearcoated)
some stupid fuck hit my car in a parking lot when i was skiing and didnt leave info. thats why that panel looks like hell.

worst paint job ever. epic fail.
finally mailed my broken AGX yesterday, waiting for a replacement now.
im also looking for brakes, mine are shot, AGAIN. economy price rotors + auto x= fail. any recommendations for rotors? x drilled? slotted? both? brand?
also after the Legend caliper discussion, im thinking of getting some legend calipers. they should fit into my VTEC brackets like magic. I could use the extra stopping power.
