Got it up but cant get it off.

Went to rotate my tires recently and couldnt get the front wheel off. Got the left side up on jacks and went to remove the lugs from the front wheel and one of the lug just spun with the post. Doesnt matter which way you turn it, it wont loosen or tighten.

Have no idea how to fix this one. Anyone had this problem? What was the solution?

Pretty sure the lug is siezed to the post and the post/rotor will have to be replaced. How the heck do you get the wheel off?

that's a creative title for a topic.
dont the studs go through the brake rotor? if so could one of them have loosened form behind the rotor. it's not broken otherwise it would of fallen out right?
i'd take it to a mieneke or something and have them look at it to get an idea. but thats just my opinion... i could be wrong

i would say try putting lock tite on the rotor where it screws in but it sounds like you can't get that far

Thanks so much for your help. Your self proclaimed perversion ought to solve this problem for good.

Why didn't I think of that?
