Finsihed passenger side projector

Well guys i have been working on this project for over a week now and i liked my first one a lot but i love my passenger side and i am going to redo the driver side next week but i took the same design with the trim ring but i added a trim shroud to the reflector and then used some magnum steel to seal it in and make it one with the OEM reflector but i love the look, you can see the quick steel a little but that is from up close, but i spray painted the shroud and the magnum steel a metallic silver color to make the piece look the same color and let it dried over night and then tossed it in the oven a little to cue when i put the lense back together also the paint on the trim looks like it has drip stains from too much paint but it was hard to paint it cause of the angles the metal shroud i made and taping off the projector to ensure no paint got inside was tedious

also i have painted the trim a grey/dark silver looking color

i have not installed the light due to that the JB weld is drying that i put on y mounts so that they wont move

but here are some pics of the passenger side

its speed drying time!!!!

i have hockey tonight and its 2pm here in cali and i still have to have dinner with the rents and put the fricking thing back together, more pics tonight when i get a chance but let me know what you all think about the shroud design, especially mike

thakns for all your help Mike and i will hit you up soon

i got oem relfector pics for you from audi a6 and a bmw 5 series.

anyways seems the second one went a lot smoother. ill tell you one thing that setup is 100% functional and will look awesome at night with a true projector evil eye look because of the complete enclosure. it will look 1000x better on the car. people will never see it that close to see the quick steel. not to mention once installed there will be very dark shadows to hide edges. i cant wait to see them both in the car. OUTLAW just sent me a pair of bmw x5 xenon projectors he wants me to isntall along with black housings and a plug and play wiring harness. look to see pics of the final product towards mid-end of dec when i get back from college. this is going to be the most oem looking setup i have done to date!

well guys after taking the car to my hockey game tonight and driving at night....BTW we lost 1 - 4 but hey i scored

anyways the lighting on the passenger side that i just did spreads the light out more since it is contained better, the left side is brighter but more glare due to the OEM reflector, but i love the look, 1000000x brighter than any xenon of aftermarket bulb

if anyone wants one done or needs parts hit mike up he has some nice shit, thanks again mike and hit me up when you got those pic or hey you can post them here

but anyways the new shroud design is sick and 100x's better than my driver side and my design has improved 100x's better from the one to the second one done, but the driver side is going to go under the knife soon but for now its ok and i love how much road i can see with these things, i can see things i could not see with AM xenon blue shitty bulbs, SO BUY YOUR PROJECTORS AND INSTALL THEM AND my overall cost for this project was 50 for the projectors and bulbs and connectors, a one time deal only then 20-25 for all the extra parts, bolts washers nuts jb weld, magnum steel, silicon but it was all worth it in the end cause the final product kicks ass
