I know not much has changed from a feature/cosmetic perspective, but I'm just wondering how your buying experience has been like and what sort of prices you've been quoted? The 0.9% financing rate is appealing!

A friend says he got a good price for the '12 MDX Advance.
It appears to be about $400 more than my '11 Advance {$48,800 + $400 = $49,200 (Nov Dec timeframe)}.
The next gen '13 / '14 model will made at a new line in Al USA so it will be interesting to see how that effects price and more important quality.

I went the epricing route with multiple dealers in the NJ area. Very few of them gave me a competitive price, and even fewer were willing to negotiate. I called one dealer that had an '11 model left in stock, and they wouldn't even go below invoice on that one, citing "supply" shortages.
However, I do have a purchase order in place for a '12 base MDX for 40K + TTL and a $289 documentation fee. I probably could have done better, but I did my negotiations through e-mail and the process went very smoothly. OTD price is 43,909 (I live in NY so my sales tax was higher).
I'm buying the car from Park Ave Acura, salesperson was Curt. Hope it's OK to drop that information here.

I just got a new 2011 MDX (base) no money down and everything in my payment ($580 per month).
Got PPM and taupe. I had a 2004 MDX that I sold in 2006, and this new one is way better in all ways from the 2004. Love it so far.

Paid 49,200 for a 2012 Advanced plus tax, license and fees on 11/5/2011. I used Costco's purchase plan and got a "fixed price" from the start. No haggle, no back and forth to the sales manager's office. Only had to figure out if I was selling the old car myself or to them.

Picked up a 2012 MDX Tech+Ent for $44,023 + tax, title, license, doc, and destination last night. Supposed to be special pricing being a long time customer of the dealership. I think I could have done better with options but did not pursue it that hard. All-in-all, I'm quite happy with purchase and choice of color (Bali Blue Pearl)

I've shopped around at 2 dealers now and neither is willing to go 50 or below for an advance/ent package... I'm looking for at least 4-5 of msrp which is right in line with the deal you got. I can't get these guys to budge...
But now i'm tempted to wait and see what all the hype is around Acura's new direction...

Acura is known for having issues with their HFL units. I have an 05 TL and my HFL had issues after a year and now it stop working. Oh well.

I'll be picking up my 2012 Advance tomorrow. The purchase price was $47,998. Went through the internet sales and then met with the internet sales manager to finalize the deal since we were originally looking at their 2011 model. Because they did not have our color choice they offered a 2012 but had to wait 3 weeks for it to come in. When the car came in this week there was suddenly an issue with the pricing they originally gave us. Luckily we had documentation that the internet sales manager signed off on. So with all the fees and taxes the total comes to around $52,200. Making the initial deal was painless, but getting them to honor the pricing after the sudden issue was.

Leased a 2012 Tech. $44585. $0 Down, 15K mile/year. $681/month. 3 year lease. Handles perfect on highway in high wind & white conditions. Some problem with iPhone 4s phonebook that I resolved. A great vehicle that I would recommend to anyone. Grigio with ebony interior. I considered several other mfr. but the Acura offered the most for the $.
