Fuse keeps blowing out

Fuse keeps blowing out
My 04 TL meter fuse keeps blowing. When that happens all windows, signals, reverse light, AC, gauges all go out. Even after it is replace the fuse will blow out once I start driving. What is the fix?

there's something thats triggering it and its hard to say without digging into it.
