I have the 2012 TL Tech. When I signal left, the front bulb doesn't blink, however, the left mirror and left rear hyper blink. The right side is fine (it blinks at a normal rate). The hazards work and it blinks both the front at a normal rate. I checked the Hazard fuse and the Left Side Small Lights (Exterior) fuse and they're okay. And for some reason the front left bulb is brighter. I must have another blown fuse? When I turn on the night lights, all of the lights come on.

 

The turn signals are dual filament bulbs so they run at 2 different voltages/wattages to get the blinking vs on. This is why one filament is still working and you are getting the hyperblink. You'll need to replace the bulb to fix the issue. Good luck
