View of the rear a-arm. If you plan to use the scissor jack to swing down the a-arm make sure it is positioned such that it does not pinch the wiring harness running to the rear brakes. Also make sure the jack is not tucked between the a-arm pivot point and frame or you'll just put potentially damaging pressure on those points. After installing the shocks DO NOT fully tighten any of the suspesnion components until the car is back on the ground with the vehicle wieght / load on the suspension.
