New MDX Advance with my ZDX Advance

My twin bro liked my ZDX Advance he just picked up a MDX Advance.

Can you tell which is the evil twin and which is the good twin. Hahaha

Its Aspen white pearl II with Umber interior. I like that the MDX has a black headliner

Cool...
But isn't the new model coming up next year?
My wife wanted a 'bigger' family car and asked me to change my Z with JX35...
I almost fell for it...
But then I got sober (;-) and said "Let's wait for MDX next year, I heard they are going to have Hybrid..."
A disaster (on my part) had been diverted... ;-)

Idk. I couldnt find much hard facts about the redesign. Plus my bro buys a car like every year so it doesn't matter much. It would just be an excuse for him to buy a new car.

I hope they make a hybrid ZDX too. That's what I want.

Nice!
I wish I could change car every year...
But with this ZDX though, I love it so much that I haven't really thought of changing it.
Even my wife is puzzled...

One thing that I wish I could change about the ZDX is its weight.
That way, the car could either be faster (quicker) or simply gets better mileage.

I constantly get 19-20 in mix driving (50-50).
If it could get about 25 mix, this car would've been perfect (like the 2013 RDX that gets the cylinder deactivation? 19/27 AWD).

Oh, well... ;-)

I agree. I don't have any idea what I would get next to top this ZDX.

Hopefully they dont kill the ZDX and make the next generation ZDX with the hybrid sh-awd.

In the new RLX it should get 360hp with 30/30/30 mpg.

I'd rather live without those hybrids, but would like to see a more powerful gasoline engine (turbo or SCed)

Yea im up in the air cause I never had a hybrid and the turbos ive driven were a little rough and the only supercharged car I drove was a civic I had in high school which i put a jackson racing super charger in.

But anything to give me near 400 hp with 30/30/30 mpg im down to try.

plus Im pretty sure if Acura built it it would be pretty smooth and reliable.

I am a pissed off former Nissan Die Hard. If I were you, I would completely ignore the JX. Saw it at the Detroit show, and loved the looks but it has the dreaded CVT TRANNY. Just google CVT problems. Had it in my Altima, and needed a new one at 65k miles.
