I've recently ordered from www.properautocare.com, as well as www.exceldetail.com

I was very happy with both- exceldetail is on the opposite coast from me, but shipping was very fast and the service was top notch. (Plus they accept PayPal.)

I'm happy with both of these sites, and would recommend them both.
