which one is good, and those with the bristle is it scratch free?.

Theres a lot of good wheel cleaners at the OTC level. One I would recommend is the Duragloss AWC. As for brushes? Find one that is gentle to the back of your hand. Most OEM wheels are clear coated and fairly resistant to wheel cleaning brushes, just use common sense THTL.
