Removing Subway Paint

So i was driving home yesterday and the road i take to go home was closed off. I had to go local and go under the subway to get home. Problem was that they were painting the subway overhead and the next day when i got home i noticed that the paint dripped on my car. I tried everything but im scared of using paint remover on the car and don't really want to get the car repainted until i've litteraly tried everything.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Did they have paint warnings out?? Go after the subway authority to find out about a clain and they should be able to advise how to take it off or where to go to have it removed.
