Need Help!, Water Marks?!

Whats going on?

Alright here is the situation, my passenger sides, both side windows have like a permanet water marks on the glass itself. Now, its like someone waxed on a wet window. But hold up though, I never waxed the car, looks like to me the car came like that when purchased, because I didnt notice it, and to me the answer is those drive in car washes at gas stations. Now the chrome also had it but I got rid of those with "scratch off", worked like a charm, now the windows dont seem to get the affect of that liquid, can someone please help me out?!, Its annoyin lookin at that, looked like I washed the car but forgot to dry the windows. Thanks for any input.

P:S I dont want to replace the windows at all, but would slight buffing take it out? Thanks!, Also, if you want to know, I use "mothers" car wash, hand washed, and absorber at the end to dry the car

Second the steel wool

I tried the red wine vinegar and I just ended up with my car smelling like douche.

On the other hand, I used 0000 steel wool with a bit of Mother's Chrome Polish and it did the trick! Give it a try and follow up on the windshield with Aquapel.

Glad you dound the answer to your problem. Vinegar is a safe and common substance used by detailers for a variety of water spotting problems. Steel wool isnt even in my arsenal, but glad it worked for you......Now if you have spots on your paint, I wouldnt recommend using steel wool, let me make that perfectly clear....
