Either do it yourself (re-paint), or just file a insurance claim and get it done.

Pretty much what Justnspace said. The snow storm we had in New York turned into dirty ass ice all over the streets. Thanks for all the replies, this is stressing me now knowing I either gota repaint or new a new bumper. Working part-time and a full time student, with other bills to pay other than maintaining the TL is putting me into a crisis! Anybody know any good paint shops that does nice work and at a decent price around Brooklyn? Or shall I grab a new bumper? With a new bumper I will need to paint it as well ... argh!

All these scratches was accumulated over a year of owning the car from my brother and I driving it. Coming out from a narrow-drive way and low ice on the ground is what caused all these. I really love this car and wish to keep it for as long as I can. My brother is going to school full time and unemployed, making it harder to maintain this car up-to-date by myself.

Totally off topic, but in the movie Crank, a crazy haitian offered Jason Statham some crazy haitian potion.
Just wondering if you could get me that drug?

OP, if you got all these scratches in the course of a year, and you're struggling to get by for maintenance on the car, why bother to fix this right now? Sounds like the car is going to continue to see these treacherous conditions and get beat up again.

I jumped on Ack's Aspec group-buy but even the bodykit wont be covering up all these spots, especially the rear bumper. I want to take care of the car and keep it looking clean but shit happens sometimes. The rents bought the whip for my brother and I, I appreciate it very much because I know my parents work really hard to raise my brother and I till now. My pops does not drive the car and he observes it time to time and complain to me about the scratches and other dings. I don't want to stress him out so I want to slowly take care of all the mistakes/accidents that have been made. So u suggest to not take care of it at all? I would love not to take care of it at all and just throw the aspec kit on, but it will bug me to still see some scuffs here and there. Im just trying my best cuz I really do like this car alot. Only at 50k and its an 05. Thanks for everything guys!

why one earth would someone replace a bumper cover for scatches.. such a waste of money. Anyways take it to a shop and get them to repair your bumper and quarter panel, no way u will buff out those scratches and touching it up would make it look worse. anyways GOOD LUCK

Man, if you're already bottoming out the stock bumper AND worried about money, I really don't understand putting on the A-Spec kit. That is going to make matters worse, and cost money as well.

I'm not giving you a hard time dude, and I'm not saying the best policy is to not take care of your car. I'm just trying to understand the two opposite sides of your posts. You're saying on one hand you are concerned about bills and being over your head, but then you are buying mods and talking about repairing aesthetic issues. I'm just not sure where you're headed.

edit: you literally used the word "crisis" which I infer you're talking about a "financial crisis"

I apologize for rambling on about my personal issues. Just been stressed and thinking too much. Stvtech, I understand what u implying, I believe the mod bug has bit and I guess im just rushing myself into trying to get everything done. I just wana get the TL back into shape :/ and worried that it will cost a fortune. I dont throw all my money onto the car cuz there are other aspects of my life i needa deal with too. I shall pace myself on the mods but I am reaching for a goal no doubt. I also share the car with my little bro and he did a lot of the exterior incidents, and me being the older one I must take care of everything and maybe im ocd or something but just wana eventually get the car to the stage of my satisfication. Good looking out ! Much appreciation! Will try to have a progress thread asap!
