It is just pain in the ass! Especially the front windshield. Plus it's hard to get all spots.. anyone have easy solution to this?

Well...it doesn't make it much easier, but it cleans real well: Invisible Glass by Stoner. You can find it at Autozone. Cleaning inside windshields is really hard

It might sound dumb, but I suggest the glass wizard and water.

You can do the entire inside quickly and not have any streaks.

I was just over at my mom's house today and I she had that glass wizard. So I went out to my car and cleaned the windows.

I was amazed by how well it worked, especially on the inside front and back windows.

It worked so well that the "glass wizard" is now missing from my mom's house.

i see you already found a solution but for future refrence, clean with a microfiber towel and a quality window cleaner. a trick is to clean in two different directions, up and down on outside of window and left to right on inside of window. this way you know if your streaks are inside or outside.

I also find that Armorall type shine agents wreak havoc on the interior glass. The Armorall evoporates in the sun and sticks to the glass as a haze.

I stopped using Armorall, I only use www.griotsgarage.com interior cleaner, I use it on everything. (This isn't a plug for them.) But the interior keeps the factory look and my windows never get the hazy film. I love this stuff. I use it on everything.

I also get a black film on the window trim inside from summer driving with the windows down and this stuff gets rid of it all. Just fantastic stuff.

I also use Stoner's Glass cleaner too.

Had the same experience. Using Stoner's Invisible Glass and newspaper cleans very well without streaking. I used to think that people who suggested using newspaper were just kidding but no more. You have to try it to believe it.

Oh, and instead of Armour All I now use 303 Aerospace Protectant and it works great.

OK. I know you guys will think I'm crazy... but it works.

To clean the inside of my windows I use White Board Cleaner. Specifically, I use Sanford Expo White Board Cleaner. The stuff works great and leaves no streaking.

I also use it on my Computer Monitors and my TV's too.

The heavy duty paper towels that you find in public rest rooms work great since they don't fall apart like the household typical paper towel.

I also recommend the Glass Wizard and/or Microfiber towels.

I never tried newspaper.

Griot's has a similar one (maybe the same, different color) called "Window Cleaner" for $22.99 and the "Glass Wizard" is $9.95. Y'all decide.

All I use is a wet lint free M/F to wipe the area and a dedicated 16 x 24 WW M/F from Pakshak to dry/buff the windows .. no chemicals and streak free.

I dicovered this by accident when I made it part of my drying routine to wipe the dog snoogies off my two back windows at the end of my wash. I began noticing these were the two cleanest windows in the car . Now its all I use on mine and all my customers cars.
