BRZ Opti-Coat 2.0

I had a client who recently purchase a BRZ. The first weekend he had it, he asked me to do a new car detail. Which included wash/clay/sealant. I used BFWD on his last detail, it seemed to hold up pretty well. He called me a recently and asked if I can one step and Opti-Coat his car.

Products used:
Sonax
Steel Woolie
Kracher power washer
Various small brushes
Meguair's Super Degreaser
Boar's hair long brush
Meguair's Hyper wash
OPC
Two bucket with Grit Guards
MF wash media
High quality MF
All purpose MF
Wolf's Decon gel
Leaf Blower
Meguair's clay kit
Meguair's masking tape
Fenix head lamp
Griot's DA
5.5 inch LC White flats
4 inch Green pads
M205
IPA
OC 2.0

I normally document my details with photos but decided to give video a try. I hope you guys enjoy it. Comment and criticism appreciated.

Broke it in two days, it was about 13-15 hours. Not really sure because I took few breaks and had to drive to DD to pick up another OC.

Very nice! The video is awesome. Love how it shows everything you do and all the steps are outlined. Must be a great way to advertise and show potential clients what is done in a detail.

Quick question, have you tried applying the Wolf's both on wet paint and dry paint? I've been blow drying the vehicle after a 2BM to apply Tar-X, rinse, then blow dry, then apply Iron-X, then rinse, and wash again 2BM.

That was the reason I went with video instead of photos. Wanted to show any new potential clients my work.

That was my first time I used Wolf's devon gel. I sprayed down the car with Decon gel after I wiped most of the water off the car. I like it a lot more then IronX because it can dry on paint without damaging it.

I don't have much experience with IronX, I got a bottle but haven't used it yet.

Is it necessary to wash the car again after IronX? Rinsing it is not enough? I would skip the 2 bucket wash because claying should remove what ever the rinse didn't get off.

Indeed it doesn't smell like rotten eggs either. The smell of Iron-X is brutal to me.

I wash the car again with soap after Iron-X since I'm worried the clay would be broken down. I know that when I didn't wash a car after using Stoner's Tarminator, the residue eventually broke apart the clay and rendered it useless.
