Good catch, I totally missed that. They are 19mm bolts. Pretty sure there isn't a 20mm bolt anywhere on the 3G TL...

I just finished doing the front and rear. The front was rather quick but the rear I had a pain. I can confirm the caliper lug is a 19mm. On the rear, I stripped the rotor retainer screw. So I couldn't change the rotor. On top of that there was a rubber cover on the rotor that I mistakenly pushed in. It's in between the rotor and the hub.

I have brembo brakes on them front and back. Man they are thick. After changing the brakes, I keep hearing his hissing sound like the pads are rubbing on the rotors. Is that Normal? I did push the Pistons back all they way and bleed the brakes. I greased the pads the shims and the contact points on the caliper holder along with the Pistons. Why is this happening? Your help is appreciated.

I will be selling my 2008 TL type-s NBP 49k miles in the next few weeks.

Just drill it out.

If your replacement rotors are slotted, then probably "yes".

No they are not slotted or drilled. Original oem Blanks. Is it part of the bedding process? I had the car jacked up and turned the wheels and it is the pad on the rotors. Is that normal, or are the brake pads supposed to be gapped.

Disc brakes make noise like that when you turn the rotors. Especially when new and the pad surface hasn't been worn to exactly match the rotor surface. A hard break-in should take care of that.

If they are making noise in the rear you might want to make sure the parking brake is not making the noise.

Just replaced my rear pads for the first time (with OEM pads). 214K miles/12 years and they still had 0.125" of pad material left. Rotors still at 0.35", hardly any wear. Shims were in pretty bad shape (understandably so) and probably the cause of the occasional noise I was getting. I'm now good for another 200K!!

I have a 2004 6mt, I'm gonna change the pads and rotors on all four this weekend. I know all about the front brembo calipers and to be careful about the two bolts that hold them in, but are the rear calipers aluminum as well?

No. They are your typical cast iron floating calipers with a weird greenish colored coating.
