went to close today.. fucking lender dropped the ball
seller and I signed everything.. waiting on closing disclosure

Lender's closing team was literally behind on closing because a dispute on a fee that was about $100
They fucking got through whatever but still couldn't get it done..

The scrubs running things on the lender's side are worst than the scrubs at Frantz's firm.
I literally told the lending officer that's I'd pay whatever the bitchasses on his team are sucking each other's cock on to get this shit done today
But again.. scrubs.

Looks like I'll need to do everything over again on Monday.
On the plus side, dug through everything and closing is just down payment -1k.. so total closing is even less than what I ran
Minus down.. closing only 3k.

So wife and I have talked. She will be getting her van and the Accord will be staying. But, she mentioned a “weekend car” can be in the works. I’m probably going to take my time finding one because honestly I don’t know what I would want as a weekend car... i must be able to fit 4-5 in it..

I’m keeping the Accord because Honda, MPG, and the car looks good. Plus we know it will run forever. I’m going to slightly mod it, like J would say. Wheels,springs, maybe exhaust, and I must get remote start...
