Frantz.. J is right, butttt... you're doing good
Teamwork early on.. then one of you takes the hit.
Night time feedings and sleep while other sleeps.

It may seem daunting, but mama feels the same way.
Just because she can nurse baby doesn't mean you can't feed at night. Can pump or formula.

Swaddle that baby, feed, burp.. sleep.
If you can give mama 3 days of 6+ hrs of sleep, it'll make a big difference.

Also, put baby on back, and don't sleep with baby on bed.
Get sleeper by side of bed. That works well.

Appreciate the advice and support, fellas. It takes a car forum village to raise a child!

We have a good system down so far. We have a bassinette next to our bed where he sleeps on his back all swaddled up - it has a shelf that we keep stocked with all the goods to survive the night too.

I'm not sure what your thoughts on the kid sleeping in bed with you, but...
I would not recommend he sleep in the same bedroom as you guys. He senses you there, he will grow accustomed quickly...
he will not want to sleep away from you.
love making

Z is pretty independent and has slept 12 hours a night in her own room since she was 5 weeks old. Ex and I were firm on not having the baby near our bedroom.

Having him in the room is temporary and the sleeping in our bed thing isn't in the cards. He has a onesie that says "Built Tough Like My Daddy" so we have to make sure we don't make a liar out of it.

So.... Musk did some kickstarter or crowd funding shit for this flamethrower
Except it's just a propane torch that looks like a gun assault terror rifle.

The fucking thing cost $500
Five Hundred Fucking Dollars
I know that's a drop in the bucket for a 10%er like Kurt
But Five Hundred Fucking Dollars.. or Ten Million Loonies in Canuckistan

Meanwhile the barebones torch from Pittsburgh Detroit Chicago Tools of America at HF costs $20
Yeah.. I think I'll stick with the OG model

Yeah, and do the math (not you Tacobello from Azine), he pre-sold 20,000 of them.

Somewhere around $9 million in instant cash boost.

In order to build those Model 3s, pre-sell flamethrowers.

I'm surprised states haven't made the flamethrower illegal. No one has any business owning one of these in Texas.

Hey nerds. I need some opinions/facts.

Since I'm old and cranky and adverse to change, I'm still rocking a VZW 700 minute cell phone plan (2 lines) with grandfathered unlimited data.

VZW is now doing this "all unlimited" thing, calls/text/data and it just seemed too good to be true. I thought it was a honeypot to get old holdouts like me to jump off the grandfather (giggity) data plans so they can pull the rug out and start charging the hell out for data. But it's been over a year now and it still seems to be holding.

From what I've read, it sounds like they've hit all data plans, even the grandfathered, so they're throttled the same. Basically, I'm getting the same speeds and restriction as the newest plans, but on paper, paying more than what the new plans are advertised as.

Does anyone know about this shit?

Is it time to give up and join the millennial with a new plan? Should I just keep yelling at clouds?

How are you doing on minutes? What's the price difference? If you're under on minutes plus it's cheaper now, I don't see a reason to change.

Started working more from home so I'm eating up the minutes. Getting close to going over which is what prompted me to start looking again. It's like $30 more expensive to stay on the current grandfathered plan, so that's also a factor in looking to change.

But the biggest unknown is if it's really too good to be true. It's sure seeming like it makes sense, but I don't know. Was just wondering if someone smarter than me knew why the new plans suck balls.

Aside from the obvious rimjob that all cell phone plans dole out; but that's moot.
