Awesome. Glad to hear that it turned out well for you. Can't wait to see it!!

Even worse, I just paid my CC bills. Damn, I spent WAY too much money in the past months. Looks like I will be riding thin for the next few months. Gonna have to wait on the headers/x-pipe for the Vette.

The scary thing is that you will probably hit 3k before either of us hit our marks.

If we keep this up RUF, we might have a page of only us posting, well, except for the one by Deez.

I bet that you thought that I thought that you thought that everyone else thought that you thought that I was a PW. Man, don't listen to them. Peer pressure is bad.

OK, so I got a lightweight Cobb main pulley for the STi. This isn't underdriven, just significantly lightened (1 lb vs 5 lbs stock). No worries about balanced crankshafts on a flat four--they are internally balanced and very short. Less parasitic loss = quicker revs = faster into and through the sweet spot. Very nice mod for $135 (just came out by Cobb--the UR underdriven one has been out for a while but I'm not interested in the issues that causes).

Plus I have just install Fraddo 3000 race pads up front getting ready for this weekend at MSR.

Makes me feel like I just bought a new Vette or something...

Sounds cool. I just finished putting on a full stainless 3 inch turbo back on my friend's 05 WRX. We also put on a stainless up-pipe. Man, did that make a heck of a difference!!

Man . . that's sweet . . I'm really envious that you have so many mods to work with . . .

Can't wait to see it and get a ride in it some day

I expect that you'll be in the low 13s at least . . .

Man, since I've been feeling better I've been looking to run more people . . .

Since taking out a G35 and a 745il I get to take on a Hemi, Magnum that is . . .

I pulled up to the light and see this Magnum and wonder, could it be a Hemi? Sure enough, but will he go for it. Well no sooner than the light changes I start out a bit fast and quickly notice him jumping on it and pulling along side . . . time to floor it and to my surprise I hold him off and actually pull him slightly in the upper end of 2nd gear . . .

As the song goes . . . another one bites the dust

I did blow it in first . . . redline came up so quick since I punched it around 30mph I bumped the rev limiter . . . he was closing on me for a second until I got going in 2nd . . .

I may have to go with those pullies . . . and thermo mod soon . . . 14.2 could be in the bag. With headers . . . who knows . . . I'd luv to be the first NA with out NOS to hit 14.0x or less.

Depending on how Inferno has been working on his launch, he can do it . . . he's still taking it easy off the line so as not to blow out the clutch . . . it's not really his drag car as much as his circuit racer.

BTW, I really would like to do a Motorsport Ranch meet one time . . . but would like something else to drive besides my TLS . . . unless someone wants to help buy me a brake kit for it . . .

don't forget you'd need new clutch plates for the 2nd and 3rd gears!
