I've found the cure for the "new car bug". It's the motorcycle bug!
I don't have one yet, but getting one is all I can think about right now. So be on the lookout for a 2001+ Honda CBR600 cause I need one!
I went and test rode one the other day and loved it, but the guy wouldn't come down on the price enough for me. I'm trying to find one in the $4-5K range. Anyone got any tips or know good places to look?

I don't know of a place to get one, but I'll keep my eyes open.
I don't have enough common sense to own a bike. I'd seriously injure myself in less than a month.

hey danny, one word of advice... don't buy a used bike. you never know what can fail and how well it's been maintained. i wouldn't want to see your brakes lock up at 50 mph catapulting you through the front, buy a cheaper bike but new...you'll still get the same thrills, trust me. it's not like you're gonna be going 170+ all the time.
drew, i can't make it to plano this week. take pics man.

I'm still searching for another 6MT CLS (w/ nav this time) but it's hard as crap around here. if you know anyone selling one in black/white/anthracite... let me know.

I don't have time to ride since I started coaching and I play about 3-5 soccer games a week. Plus the main reason is that I am trying to save money because I want to by a townhome/house next year.

I keep hearing that "saving money" reason for selling bikes. How much do they cost to ride?? If you pay it off all you have is insurance and that's not very expensive. So what am I overlooking? Besides regular maintenance I guess...
