Motorsport Ranch??? Or did you mean "just go racing" at the nearest traffic signal where you can find a kid with a Honda and coffee can pipes?

Either way, time for you to get those two extra tires: did you think about the KD drags? I think they are out in a 225/45/17 that would fit!

:')

Sorry guys . . . it's been really bad all around recently. In short . . .

Dad had by-pass recently
Mom just had cancer surgery this week
the work at the house is been
and my car was a victim of

so, I'm being hosed all the way around these days. . .

What I'm trying to say is that the 17th is off and next weekend is booked up. So we need to replan the cooling mod meet and may need another host just in case as the house is the money pit right now.

What, do I look like your tire source bitch or something??? Oh. Well, in that case:

Tire Rack KD Drags

BFGoodrich g-Force T/A Drag Radial (Competition)
Size: 225/45R17 Blackwall
R Speed Rated Price: $128

The BFGoodrich g-Force T/A Drag Radial is a DOT-approved street legal drag racing tire that was developed to meet the needs of the drivers of sport compact vehicles by providing race winning traction and control at the strip from a tire that is fully streetable. The g-Force T/A Drag Radial is BFGoodrich’s first tire to combine a proprietary drag racing tread design with a special radial carcass construction. The g-Force T/A Drag Radial…fully streetable with hero-making traction for the strip.

On the outside, the g-Force T/A Drag Radial molds a new tread rubber compound into a 5.5/32” deep directional tread design that features massive competition developed tread blocks for quick response and optimized for straight-line grip. High angle grooves help channel water toward the sides of the tire to enhance wet traction on the street. Internally, the g-Force T/A Drag Radial features two, full-width steel belts reinforced with BFGoodrich’s Equal Tension Containment (ETEC) system to stiffen the tread longitudinally and laterally. This helps prevent the contact area from distorting under acceleration while ensuring the consistency of the footprint from the starting line to its high-speed stability at the traps. The g-Force T/A Drag Radial also features a special radial carcass construction to enhance performance during the launch, provide high-speed control and reduce internal stresses for longer treadlife (compared to bias-ply drag racing tires).

BFGoodrich g-Force T/A Drag Radial tires feature sidewall styling with subtle black letters. They are available in selected 60-, 50-, 45- and 40-series sizes for the 14", 15” and 17" wheel diameters listed below. Due to their high grip tread compound g-Force T/A Drag Radial tires are not speed rated.

Looks like I am going to have to pass on this round of cooling mods. I have something else in the works that is going to suck the car-mod bank account dry . But I am defin. up for meeting up with you guys.

Just a thought, but if you guys are interested, I might be able to get the parental units to let us use the ranch/house. hehehehehe, we have lots of good play things out there including but not limited to a pool, sport court, and lots of land to play on!! But, it is just outside of Austin, so y'all would have to trek on down here. Let me know if anyone is interested.

Man, now that could be a great time . . . if I just had some free time. I'm not sure if a girl friend or wife eats up more of your spare time . . . it's been so long ago that I don't recall.

They by chance would have a lift in the garage would they. :P

Anyway, thanks for the offer. Perhaps some other time and we can do some planning in advance. It's just about 2-3 hrs isn't it?

I could bring the necessary tools and such . . , but depending on when we get this rescheduled I would still do it here. contractors we've been at this remodeling bit since May 21st and it was supposed to take 6 weeks.

Manits-well, there was mix up in conversation and previous promises, so unfortunatley, looks like I going to have to wait untill the next one becomes available. derelict is a great guy though, and we settled it just fine, unfortunatley to his benefit. Oh well.
if you do end up stopping in austin, let me know-defin. willing to meet up with you for a cold one.

unfortunatley, they do not have a lift, bummer. But, we should defin. plan something for the future-the place is set up for awesome "get-togethers". hehehehe, we just finished the pool house that has a bar with a tap!! can't get better than a cold one while chillin in the pool!!!

Yes, drain an equal amount out of the radiator first . . . then add it.

BTW - have you ever had your radiator flushed? if not, you may want to consider that . . . but after you do the cooling mods.
