Here is a little background on me.

I have a 2004 TL A-Spec SSM/6MT/Navi. Just received it this month. DuckBlue from the Acura-TL site told me about you guys trying to meet. Seems the TLers are not getting it together right now. Thought it would be good to at least start somewhere with meeting local Acura folks.

I was a former '96 Impala SS owner and club member and enjoyed doing the car club with the Impala guys. I'm looking forward to finding something with a club now that I made the switch to the TL.

I really enjoyed getting away from the house with all that was going on. It's amazing that no matter who shows up at our meets we always seem to have a great bunch of folks and a great time.

I'm looking forward to our next meet . . . hopefully in 2 weeks or so to do some cooling mod upgrades on a couple of cars.

Oh well, back to work mode.

Well I'm home, safe and sound, and tired and with a dirty ass white car. Accidents and rain made traveling back home a bitch.
Aaron, Mark, Grayson and Serena (sp?), and Vihn, was great seeing/meeting you guys/gal. I look forward to the cooling mod meet.

I20 sucked.. when it rains, seems like everybody forgets how to drive. good thing i didnt have to drive.

i think there were 3 accidents on the westbound side, and 1 or 2 eastbound.

Sorry about the bad weather . . I can relate as I drove in some really bad stuff a couple of weeks ago and it makes driving . . well what you said . . a 'B', but glad everyone made it back safely.

So I hope we are on soon, perhaps the Saturday a week after the 4th.

Was a lot of fun meeting up with you guys. Too bad it rained the whole damn time there and back, but was well worth it!! Andy-can't wait to see the new rims, will defin. look hot!! And you think having a dirty White car is bad-try a dirty black car!!!! Oh yeah, and it is Sareenah, but good guess!!

Anyways, let me know when you all are going to meet up next, and I will see if I can cruise on up again!!!

Sorry for the no-show. I should have mentioned before I try not to drive my better car in the rain. If the next meet is rain free I'll be there. I ge really bummed when it rains alot and I can't just jump in the TL and go for a drive.

Chopper -- I'm impressed you came all the way in from Shreveport, IN THE RAIN!

Heh, yeah, the rain defin. sucked!!! Both going up to Dallas, and driving back to Austin, it was raining pretty good, and at times pouring-and I don't use that term lightly!! It made the trip so much longer than it usually is!! On top of that, Sareenah fell asleep as soon as we got back into the car, so I decided it would not be good to turn up the music-made me want to go to sleep also!!! Blagh, I hate driving in the rain-my car is so damn dirty now!!
