Guys, I am taking a trip to Nashville, and will be staying in Dallas on Sunday the 25th that evening at a friends parents house. Didn't know if anyone wanted to try and hook up for a little bit. I have a little party that evening to go to as well. Let me know!

I think the CCM's are prejudice towards the cars they feature. They featured some busted hatch's and fairly stock Honda's in the Garage here in Austin but wouldn't let G and his crew of Vette's & Vipers go in. Most of the cars that should have been featured weren't let inside.

I think I saw maybe 2-3 albums with your car.

I don't say it to be mean, but it looks like most people were after the most bizarre or different looking setups & some of that shit was borderline ricey.

And I don't mean, Ricekiller rice-shit with slow ass cars, I mean they had stuff on there that would have extremely negatives effects on performance.

Finally . . . one of my long awaited parts is coming. The new resonator should be here next week. Now I won't be driving a 'ricer'.

And I'll be starting to rebuild the Prelude suspension and drivetrain tomorrow but it'll be nice to get it out of the way so I can start tearing mine down.

Guys it wasn't prejudice. It was for people who PREREGISTER first and had the first 25 VIP slot..meaning if you pre registered and were the first 25 people, you get to be shot.

So it doesnt mean you must have nice car or crap cars, it comes down to if you register first you get the slot.

And there's ton of pictures on our website of your Lotus Ethan, you just got to look around haha

Rack & Pinion assembly is done on the Prelude. Brakes on my mom's car and motor mounts on a CL tomorrow. Then is back to the Prelude and start on the upper control arms, brakes, tie rod ends, etc. . . .

Some day I'll get to work on mine again.

Hey guys, washed to car today, for the first time after clearing my headlights, and the passenger one fogs a little bit. It does some by the turn signals, and spots about the size of a quarter around the front (maybe 4). I'm assuming I need to take out my headlight and reseal it? Or what will happen if I let it be?

pull out the headlight, pull out the bulb and blow dry the inside of the headlight. then put the bulb back in and seal it more thoroughly

Well it is not fogging anymore...it looks clean. But I don't have to bake it to reseal it? Or do I?

No problem . . . got it worked out. Just takes a bit to figure all the angles and other parts that have to be dropped or removed. Did a full brake job on my mom's car and front & side motor mounts on a forum members CL today. Back to the Prelude tomorrow . . . I remember why I gave up being a line mechanic years ago . . it's a messy pain in more ways than one.

No, but you need to make sure there is no more moisture in it. To be safe it wouldn't hurt to heat it up a bit just to make sure. It won't need to be as hot as when you took it apart, maybe about 150 for 15 mins should work.

Very Nice . . a bit partial to WDP . .

I've seen anionrings' in person and thought the 20" looked really good on the 2nd gen. Take a look at his pics and look at the gapping all around the wheels. I can't from your pics as the shadows can mess with depth and stuff, but I'd like to see a bit more gap between the top of the wheel and tire.

Anyway, hope to see you at one of the Cars & Coffee meets showing off all the nice work you've done.

. . . no need to take it apart, if it's dry just reseal it as hpcrazy18 said just seal better, or NAiL05 said silica packets will absorb moisture as will white rice. It's just that those 2 approaches may take a bit to remove all the moisture, but it will do the job . . . and you won't have to reheat them, but that works too and probably a bit quicker . .

If he does the white rice, moisture and turns on the HID, does that make our cars ricecookers vs riceburners?
