Windows XP Program that puts calendar on desktop?

I have seen them in a few peoples pictures of their desktop, it's a calendar that runs on the desktop with their scheduled tasks. Can anyone tell me where I can find this program or what it is called.

Thanks.

Outlook has a calendar function... I don't really use it, but I've had people email me about meetings and it pops up to remind me...

Download the main widget program and then download the widget day planner, that'll work with outlook.

i think there are some widgets with calender features you could try too.

I'd bet you could make Google Calendar work with Active Desktop.

If not, you could just use the iCal Widget...... uh, nevermind.
